Key accomplishments:
- Bernhard turned around a troubled lighthouse project. Aim was to implement an innovative utility service in the build and deployment area of large, global banking applications. The project went behind schedule and suffered massive quality, customer acceptance and team skill/motivation problens after the senior project manager fell sick for an extended period of time.
Bernhard, in his role as Technology Account Lead, stepped in and stabilized the project in three months (Singapore/Manila, approx. 50 FTE, SI/outsourcing) - Sales and delivery leadership in the finance and accounting space.
